New Information Regarding the Special Assessment, 2010 Dues Structure and Updates Regarding Common Land Litigation Are Now Available In Our Latest Detailed Community Newsletter.
In response to the concerns of our residents the Winter Heights Trustees have created an in depth newsletter in an effort to provide our homeowners with answers to many of the frequently asked questions recently posed to the board. Also by popular request the Trustees have scheduled 3 additional community meetings in July. Meeting schedules are also published in this newsletter.
